It’s very hard to put into words the sadness as we all view the horrifying coverage on TV News regarding the Costa Concordia Cruise Ship. I, like everyone, wish to express our sincere sympathy to those Passengers who were on board, having to experience a frightful evening; scared and trying to make their way off the ship safely; and the deep sorrow to the victims who lost their lives .
Many of you may already know, that I worked for Costa Cruise Lines; and I certainly recall firsthand how Safety and Security for the Passengers and Crew was always the first priority. When on board a Costa Ship, and all of the Cruise Liner’s I have taken over the years, I have always felt safe on board a Cruise Ship.
